Components of Insulating Refractory Castable
Lightweight refractory castables are mainly prepared by mixing lightweight refractory aggregates, refractory powders, binders, and admixtures. Among materials, the refractory aggregates commonly include aluminate cement, high alumina fines, and ceramsite. Finally, these premixed castables are mixed uniformly with water or other solutions and used for construction applications.
